• astronomical data processing (optical and far infrared photometry, development and implementation of photometric pipelines)
• satellite instrumentation and onboard data acquisition software development: lead of the GRBAlpha mission, a 1U-CubeSat mission and technology demonstration for detecting gamma-ray bursts for the first time with such a small satellite
• instrumentation development (astronomical and geodetic instruments, engineering, electronics & firmware, hiding easter eggs, backend/frontend software and data acquisition)
• astrophysics of minor bodies in the Solar System (trans-Neptunian objects, Centaurs, Trojans, main-belt asteroids, irregular moons and computation tools), massive volume of data processing and photometric light curve databases of minor bodies of the solar system using TESS as an instrument
• numerical computations of problems related to celestial mechanics and Solar System dynamics (Lie-integration and recurrence relations, direct integration on orbital elements)
• observations and physical interpretation of extrasolar planets (transiting planets, radial velocity analysis, numerical algorithms and regression)
• observations of other types of celestial bodies such as supernove, young stellar objects, open or globular clusters and pulsating variables
